I’m part of the Marketing Society of Ireland’s Future Council, where we create events that bring early-stage marketers together to learn, network, and be inspired. Alongside helping to organise and deliver these events, I manage our social media presence: running Instagram and LinkedIn to share updates, spark conversation, and showcase what the Council is all about.

I’m the Marketing & Brand Manager at Mint, a coffee shop chain and catering company working with clients from everyday coffee lovers to professional sports teams like Leinster Rugby. I lead our marketing across both sides of the business — from creating engaging social media content and developing brand partnerships, to overseeing campaigns that showcase our products and catering services. My focus is on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and bringing Mint’s personality to life through creative storytelling.

The Irish Graduates Network
The Irish Graduates Network is a platform on which Irish graduate business professionals and entrepreneurs meet to form business relationships and to recognise, create or act upon business opportunities, share information and seek potential partners for ventures. I managed this platform with their social media content and event planning every month. Working for a network of people such as this greatly aligns with one of my core values of helping students utilise platforms such as the IGN to advance their careers and their own personal development.

My previous role is a Digital Marketing Executive for the company GK Media, located in Galway. My position required me to manage different companies’ social media accounts, review their website analytics and build their platform to reach their target audience. The role helped me develop my digital media marketing skills to a greater level and improved my confidence when working with different companies and brands.

Working for Amazon Prime as their Brand Ambassador allowed me to effectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral. I worked with my regional manager regarding new and innovative ways to market the brand. I educated customers by providing complete up to date information on Amazon’s new products and values which made the company stand out.
